The program provides an opportunity to non-profit organizations as well as private companies to hire a youth between the age of 16 and 30 years old by offering funding covering part of the employee\u2019s salary.<\/span><\/p>

For non-profit organizations<\/strong>, a financial contribution up to 70%<\/strong> of the candidate\u2019s wages, including benefits.<\/p>

As for private employers,<\/strong> public sector organizations and municipalities, financial contributions may go up to 50%<\/strong> of the candidate\u2019s wages.<\/p>

The program allows employers to create diversity in their workforce all while giving youth the chance to develop their essential skills with a work placement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Yes<\/strong>, you can apply for more than one position. The number of funded positions may vary according to the budget allocated for the financial cycle (April 1st to March 31st).<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The earliest a candidate can be hired is April 1st and participants must have worked all approved hours before March 31st of the following year. Employment periods may be part-time, full-time and can start in the Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter (no later than January).<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
