Here are answers to some frequently asked questions about the program.
Candidates must be between 16 and 30 years old at the time they start the job.
For example: I am eligible if I am 30 years old when I start the job.
If you had to travel more than 125 km for your job and are not provided free accommodation, you are entitled to a salary increase (varies by region). If you are eligible but not receiving the increase, contact your service provider.
Yes, we can cover the cost of a round-trip from your permanent residence to your workplace if you are traveling more than 125 km from your home for your YCW BOL job.
Participants are paid directly by their employer, not by the program. Salary and working conditions should be negotiated with the employer during the recruitment process.
The language level is based on the job’s needs. Refer to the job description and/or ask the employer during the interview.
The employment period must be between a minimum of 180 hours and a maximum of 640 hours.
