Marie-Pier Courbron

British Colombia, Alberta, Yukon

With over 10 years of experience working with YCW, Marie-Pier leads the western division with a deep passion for youth empowerment. This division hosts a high number of youth from across the country, enabling hundreds to experience the charm of Western Canada.

Impact ON is a non-profit social enterprise founded in Ontario in 1964. We work to ensure the promotion, development, management and innovation of mission- and impact-driven businesses, particularly social enterprises and cooperatives.
Pierre Doucet

Atlantic

Pierre has a background in Social Work and is our most senior team member! He has been with the program for over 20 years and has contributed to work placements of more than a thousand youth in the Atlantic.

Myriam Bega

Quebec

Myriam manages the largest Francophone region in Canada—of course, Quebec! She is known for her attention to detail, her genuine care, and her unwavering passion for her work.

Hapsatou Aw​

Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut

Hapsatou has participated in several youth-focused programs, enabling her to develop valuable expertise in supporting young people in their professional journeys and fostering their success within the YCW BOL program. She oversees the Prairies and two of Canada’s three territories!
